These terms and conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of online sales entity, XiCorp s.a.l. (Lebanon) although the Licensee reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions in the country of location or domicile of any violator of these terms and conditions. As such, the above jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority over disputes between a user and XiCorp s.a.l. arising out of the access or use of the XiScope related websites. Omission by XiCorp s.a.l. to exercise any right under these terms and conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right unless expressly stated by XiCorp s.a.l. in writing. Xi Corporation (Seychelles) owns all intellectual rights of the XiScope product. XiScope software is delivered online by XiCorp s.a.l..
