XiScope Hotel enables users to undertake, independently, their own market and financial feasibility studies and financial appraisals. The "model" allows users to input key data (and estimates) into the system, which in turn generates forecasts of profit and loss, return on investment analysis and cash flow forecasts for a project. This financial data is then automatically inputted and presented in a written report form, for printing.
The Single User License can be upgraded to the Corporate (5-user) Package within 30 days of purchase. (The Single User License fee will be refunded within 30 days of the Corporate (5-user) Package purchase).
Limit of Use Policy
XiScope imposes a Limit of Use Policy. This limits each single user account to run 5 'generated' final reports per subscription year. Corporate user accounts may 'generate' 50 final reports per subscription year. Prior to completing and generating a full and final report, users may produce unlimited report versions watermarked with the word 'draft'. Final 'generated' reports are un-watermarked. Upgrade Report Packages of 5 additional generated final reports are available.
