All data is backed up daily and stored in multiple locations. All client files and data is stored on up to date and modern servers using the latest techniques.

Each data center has redundant UPS systems, generator backup, closed circuit monitoring, card key access, 24-hour guards and redundant a/c systems. Rest assured your hardware is being well taken care of, and the data held within it.
Regularly-updated infrastructure
While no security is perfect, our software infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our products run on a dedicated network which is locked down with firewalls and carefully monitored. While perfect security is a moving target, we work with security researchers to keep up with the state-of-the-art in web security.
Full redundancy for all major systems, all servers operate at full redundancy. Our systems are engineered to stay operational even if some servers fail.
Protecting your billing information
All credit card transactions are processed using secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) the same level of encryption used by leading banks. Card information is transmitted, stored, and processed securely on a PCI-Compliant network.
