Financial Appraisal

Based on the results of the market appraisal, statements of estimated profit and loss are generated for the first five years of operation of the development and its facilities in a Base Currency at estimated actual year values, using assumed rates of inflation, and based upon an estimated opening date.

  • statements of pre-tax cashflow for the project's first 10 years of operation are generated; and the project's Internal Rate of Return (IRR) on capital invested is calculated to indicate the viability of the project;
  • financial projections can be prepared from the Base Currency based on an arithmetic conversion from the Currency at the prevailing rate of exchange, if so required.
